I have a Ph.D. in TESOL with a major focus in business writing, and was a research professor at an engineering-centered university in South Korea where I taught business communication. And in the further past, I was a former supply chain manager at Samsung Electronics managing its 34 global distribution centers. I am knowledgeable about the business organization’s internal decision-making process and therefore have been able to provide the clients with both informative interpretation and translation services.
