This is how I solved a recent communication challenge with a client
We both are Spanish speaking natives but from different countries, which in this case meant some words were totally different in meaning and contexts so what I came up with to better understand each other was that we’d give a context for the word to have the same meaning and lucky enough we saved a lot of time and had some good laughs. In the meantime we had the chance to know more about each other. Wonderful experience for everyone and she loved my help and so did her client who spoke Polish/English.
