About Me

Spanish to English environmental translator certified with the UK’s Chartered Institute of Linguists. I have a BA Double Honours in Modern Languages from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Translation.

Specialising in the environmental sector and sustainable fashion.

Background in environmental NGOs

I started my career at Greenpeace in Spain where I learned all about the issues affecting our climate. I’ve been a passionate environmental campaigner ever since. Moving on to Friends of the Earth showed me how presenting positive solutions can drive change.

Working in the marketing and communications departments at these dynamic NGOS gave me experience turning complex information (in Spanish and English!) into readable, catchy and easy-to-understand messaging. It taught me we can all make a difference.

A client with a passion to promote sustainable footwear in Spain has written a guide to teach the industry how to source sustainable material, using no new raw materials and making footwear circular. She explains the background to sustainability and introduces practical resources so that slow fashion entrepreneurs can find the help they need. She supports innovation and I love supporting her!
