About Me

Translator of English/Russian > CRO/BA, freelancer and teacher of English and Russian as foreign languages, with experience in the banking sector. I have a bachelor’s degree in English and Russian language and literature at the University of Sarajevo, and I am currently studying for my master’s degree in Russian language and literature. I professionally translate in the fields of marketing, IT, finance, but I am also very much open to work in other fields.

I find investing in my own business important, but investing in my knowledge always pays the best interest!

I am excited about these new developments with the translation technology I use

I must say that translations technologies used now are not so impressive, especially the ones that are connected to hiring new translators. Job boards are not regulated, and sometimes it seems like you are communicating with a robot, rather than a project manager. And on top of that, they are not organized, and do not follow your work as they should.

The thing I am most excited about Zingword is the fact that translators will not chase project on roboticised job board, but rather you will be recognized by outsourcers based on your professional experience highlighted on your profile.
