In my opinion, there is no difference in time, but there is a difference in behavior. So we have to invest our time in things that can bring us great benefits. For example, when I choose to learn coaching techniques and I read the best-selling books and textbooks about coaching techniques, it has different value to me personally. Because, the gold content of each book is not the same. It also shows a truth: the level of coaching determines the performance of the player, so it must be learned from the first place in the field. So when I choose to continue learning in the professional field, I will ask myself three questions.
