About Me

Graduated Translation Bachelor’s Degree in 2020, worked for different translation agencies as a freelance translator in Turkish<>English, Turkish<>Spanish language pairs. Had passed one year in Spain for an exchange program. I have also worked as a full-time translator and project manager in one of the agencies I worked in for a year. I have 3 years of experience in subtitling, and I’m more into subtitling projects, love its challenges.

My professional methodology for a standard translation project is

Always have the details and instructions of the project, make the general research and prepare a terminology. Then start the translation project with small pauses, so the process can proceed in a healthy way. After completing the project, I proofread my translation and carry out quality check with third tools to get the highest level of quality. After doing my last touches, send to the client/agency and ask them if the work is okay for them. Always say to them that they can get in contact with me if they need further changes.
