Born in Barcelona (Spain), Spanish and Catalan are my native languages.
For many years, I worked as an executive secretary in a factory, where I began translating business and technical documents. After a period without activity, I decided (2006) to focus on my true passion: translation. Of course, I also have accreditations for my languages’ knowledge. From then, I offer translation, review, MPTE and transcription services.
My areas of expertise include IT (software, user interface strings, websites, e-commerce), technology-engineering (technical specifications and data sheets, technical rates, user manuals, quality standards…), marketing-business and art & tourism, but I have also translated medical and legal documents.
I usually use Trados Studio for works, but I used also other CAT (Phrase - formerly, Memsource), MemoQ, Polyglot, XTM, POedit…) and QA tools (X Bench).
For me, it is a matter of duty and pride to deliver the jobs on time.
