Marketing / E-Commerce: I attend webinars, bootcamps and congresses. And I also read books, of course.
Very important: I ask for feedback on the translations to improve continuously!

My modus operandi for communicating with clients is

fluent communication: I do not like to keep clients waiting for an answer!
openness for feedback: I recognize and correct eventual errors quickly and apply feedback
collaboration: I like to spend time talking about the project, suggest enhancements and capacitate myself for delivering better translations
