Translation, localization and transcreation
The art of translation, localization and transcreation requires a cultural understanding that goes beyond the transformation from a language into another. My priority is to transfer the same EMOTION from a culture to another, without letting anything spill away.
This is how I solved a recent terminology, style, or linguistic challenge
I client asked me to translate an article related to crypto, with very specific terminology. First and foremost, I searched for similar articles in the target language, to see if there was a “standard” translation of such terms. Also, I consulted specialized dictionaries, to make sure that the word I decided to use was indeed correct.
Lorenzo is thorough, efficient, and dedicated to ensuring that the proper meaning and not just literal translation is carried through to the finished translation. He has often gone above and beyond to ensure his work is of the highest quality, and to offer advice, feedback, and corrections for any translated text he has encountered along the way.
