This is how I continue my learning in my area of expertise

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is something I take seriously, which is why I’m always looking for great courses, webinars and other events to expand my knowledge and learn new skills. Recent courses include Amazon Retail for Advertisers Certification, The Complete Copywriting Course on Udemy and Transcreation Essentials on Proz.com. Last year I completed just under 100 hours of CPD.

This is how I manage terminology consistency in my area of expertise

I typically work with SDL Trados 2021 and make use of both Translation Memories (TMs) and Termbases (TBs) to ensure that terminology is translated consistently. Naturally, I also follow and glossaries or terminology resources provided by the client and conduct my own research in addition.
