Firstly, I do try to understand the scope, requirements, and target audience of the translation project. Clarify any ambiguities with my client and agree upon deadlines, rates, and deliverables. And I would collect all necessary resources for the translation, including source documents, glossaries, reference materials, Then I would conduct a thorough research on the subject matter, terminology, and cultural nuances relevant to the translation. Familiarize myself with industry-specific terminology and any client preferences.

And translate the source text into the target language while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. Focus on conveying the intended meaning rather than translating word-for-word. After which I will edit and Proofread the translated text for accuracy, consistency, and fluency. Then Provide the translated document to my client for review.
