I have a vast range of experience with a specialization and passion for motorsports
I have been translating full time for over twenty years and before that I was employed by a government contractor and an import/export company for my linguistic skills.
What do I translate?
Marketing materials and manuals for the automotive industry
I translate and localize marketing materials and Technical/User Manuals for major automotive manufacturers in Italy (Ferrari, Piaggio, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, MV Agusta, Pirelli, and Brembo just to name a few).
Motorcycle World GP Racing Press Releases
I translate all of the race press releases for the Aprilia Racing Team in MotoGP and Pirelli tires in the World Superbike Championship.
I have translated the subtitles for several documentaries and independent films, including the recent success, “Spicy Calabria”, which has won multiple awards in Italy and abroad.
Information Technology marketing and technical material
I translate technical and marketing material for major Italian IT companies such as Cambium Networks and Almawave.
Why am I good at what I do?
I love my job. It can’t all be fun and interesting, but I love languages and creative writing, so I pour heart and soul into my work.
I am passionate about the content I translate. I am an avid motorcyclist, car lover, technophile, and traveler, so anything to do with motorsports, vehicles, technology, and tourism (especially moto touring) feels more like fun than work to me!
I’ve been doing this for a while now. I have over 20 years of experience and when I first embarked on this adventure, I was so eager to learn that I accepted jobs in any and every field. Not only did this give me experience in a plethora of fields, but it also allowed me to identify the ones I enjoy and in which I excel.
