Welcome to my profile. I graduated as a language teacher in my country with a BA, but I’ve dedicated the last 10 years to translation.
I have been working on translation for the last ten years as an in-house translator in companies and translation agencies, as well as a freelance translator.
I would say I’m a generalist translator as during my first years as a translator I received a lot of different texts from different disciplines. However, I have been translating contracts for the oil sector since I shifted to translation, so contracts would be my specialty. More recently, I had the opportunity to work with a different type of text, less technical, and with a different tone, translating articles for a newspaper focused on the Latin community.
