I have a BSc degree (obtained in India) and a DPSI (Diploma in Public Service Interpreting) in health and Public services, obtained from Chartered Institute of Linguists, London, UK in June 2005. I am a British citizen with a valid British Passport.

I hold full membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL – No 023094). I also have a valid DBS (CRB) checked. My Enhanced Disclosure No is: 001579546530, initially issued on 6 June 2017 and renewed in July 2021, valid until 05/07/2022.

I have been working as a translator/interpreter of the Hindi and Punjabi languages for more than 23 years now. I have excellent translation and interpreting skills. I am well equipped with all the necessary resource. I have undertaken interpreting for courts, solicitors, Social services, councils, colleges, GPs and for many other organisations. I also provide telephone interpreting daily for the Language Service Associations in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages.

I also undertake Remote Video interpreting in the Hindi and Punjabi languages.

I have provided a variety of translation work such as: small and large documents, booklets, leaflets, poster, legal documents such as various certificates and large legal statements, etc., for many translation agencies. I work regularly with Language Link Plus, Language connect International Ltd, Translate Plus, Language Insight, Central Translation, Take 1 Transcription, Silent Sounds, GlobaLexicon, Lancashire Interpreting and Translation Ltd, Glocal Media Ltd, Global Village Foreign Language, Translate Media, Many Tongues, many solicitors as well as with many others agencies. I also provide proofreading/editing, website translations, transcription and voice overs in Hindi and Punjabi.
