What’s a cross-market storysmith? I’m glad you asked! A storysmith is specialized in, well, stories — and brand storytelling specifically. This includes content and copywriting in English, editing existing English content, and Italian-to-English translating.

My background

I have recently returned to the US after 20+ years living in Italy. I have a university degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on both finance and business communication, and I have been in the language business, including several years teaching English as a Foreign Language, for over three decades.

I do my best work when I’m helping my clients tell their brand story in the most effective way possible, in terms of both engagement and SEO. This goes beyond just translating your Italian content accurately to include adapting that content and SEO strategy for a new target audience and even writing original copy to meet their specific needs and expectations.
