Hello, my name is Elia.

I am passionate about foreign languages, different cultures, travelling. I love meeting new people from all over the
world and being in an international environment.
I’m fond of performing arts, acting and singing. Had many experiences,
various genres, also in foreign languages.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation.
[Graduated in 2013]
 Developed a professional approach to English and Chinese
(Specific language courses, such as negotiation, translation, and
linguistics).
Acquired transferable skills thanks to lessons on international law,
business administration, and on the cultural/institutional aspects of
English and Chinese-speaking geographic areas.
 Tutoring held by native speakers.
 First semester of the third year spent in China (Beijing).

I also hold a Master’s Degree in Interpreting and Translation for Publishing and
Special Purposes.
[Graduated in 2018]
 Developed deeper professional competence in specialized
translation and interpreting, as well as in the use of IT and
multimedia tools.
 Tutoring held by native speakers.
 Erasmus+ scholarships and extra elective courses; competency
lab.

I had many experiences abroad, and I currently live in Athens.
