I am a professional technical translator with high translation capacity and quality, CAT proficiency and strict compliance with deadlines and quality specifications, always open to new challenges and training opportunities.

I have over 16 years of experience in English/Russian written translations, working for both translation agencies and direct customers. Since 2015, I have been working exclusively in the mechanical engineering, mining and mineral processing sector, providing high-quality translations for a wide range of written materials related to the mining and processing of coal and metals.

This is how I would describe my work style

I’ve been a freelance translator my entire professional life, mostly dedicated to translating technical documents. It so happened that around six years ago, after a series of voluminous and coincidentally same-themed gigs, I selected the mining industry as my preferred specialization. I’ve been developing my knowledge of the industry since, but can definitely concur that the more I know, the more I realize there is still a lot to learn.
The specialization, however, has enabled me to translate familiar technical texts relatively fast, which is highly appreciated by customers who need extensive technical translations done promptly by a single translator. (Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are one of them.)
