Problem: 周知定着化

My solution: “社内周知” is a term often used in Japanese companies that refers to the awareness/common knowledge of employees concerning the company/business and their work, so, therefore, I believe “周知定着化” might mean not only for employees to have this awareness, but for it to also be normalized/stabilized across the company/business.
