Hi there, I’m Charlotta, a native Swedish-speaker living in Finland.
I primarily work with translations from English to Swedish, as well as content creation in Swedish, but I am a fast learner and always looking for new challenges!

Thinking like Pippi Longstocking will take you places.

With a background in Economics I’ve had the opportunity of working with EU-founded founded projects for developement in rural areas (close to my heart and home!).

Later on I dived into the world of Business Process Management and at the same time decided to start a family business, our own applejuice and cider making company, because why not?

But what to do during the long cold winters in Finland?

Since I’ve always had a knack for languages and a somewhat perfectionist mindset, a friend talked me into joining the freelance community to try my skills as a translator (from English to Swedish).

Lo and behold, it turns out not only do I like it a lot, I’m also doing pretty good - soon working full time and landing both long term assignments and returning clients.

I love being self-employed and the variation it brings!
