About Me

Translation and foreign languages are my biggest passions. For the last four years, I have been constantly developing in this field, dealing mainly with translations from Italian and English into Polish, as well as proofreading and subtitling. As a graduate of Italian and English Philology with a translation specialization, I am well aware of the issues in the translation industry.
What makes me happy is that I can combine my two hobbies in the workplace - fashion and translation. For the sheer pleasure of it, I translate product descriptions or articles and try to keep up to date with all the latest fashion news and those in the beauty industry.

This is how I solved a recent communication challenge with a client

Effective communication is essential when working with clients. It is not uncommon for people to have different approaches to work, and it is important to recognize and adapt to these differences. We should remember that every client is unique thus sometimes we have to be flexible according to the situation. The most essential thing, however, is to always remember that on the other side, there is also a human being, so the key is to maintain a fine balance between being assertive and courteous.
