About Me

I guess the easiest thing to do is to view my LinkedIn profile. In brief, I have a BA in German, MA in Linguistics and have been translating since 1998. I have experience on “both sides of the aisle” – I have worked as a translation project manager and as a freelance translator. I have enjoyed both, but working as a translator gives me the freedom to have the lifestyle I want.

My modus operandi for communicating with clients is

Communication, communication, communication! I believe in communicating with clients when it’s good and bad (although the latter rarely happens) and facing the music when things don’t go as you had planned.
